The Beta House is located at 5229 Rockhill Rd Kansas City, MO 64110

In May 2008 the Epsilon Lambda chapter agreed to a lease on the house next door at 5225 Rockhill Rd.  It contains 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 sun rooms, a large kitchen with dishwasher, and large basement.  Renovations were completed over the summer before members moved in on August 1, 2008 include: new wood floors, new carpet in bedrooms, and new paint.  12 members will live in the house this year with the capacity to expand to more.

The Miller-Nichols House completed major renovations in August 2007 including: new floors, newly painted common rooms and bedrooms, new carpet in bedrooms, new furniture, new landscaping, and a new 50" flat screen plasma HD television.

We are located directly across the street from the Rockhill parking structure at UMKC.  5229 is marked with "Beta Theta Pi" and in a circle drive.
